I'm not sure I agree with this, specificaly because not all pages/components will need to operate within that namespace. Assuming this issue is addressed (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TAPESTRY-1747), then we can have pages and components that don't even have a class, as it is often useful to be able to repeat a static block of markup. In such cases there's no need to explicitly declare the namespace.
