   @DemesneGH Can we just bump the MSRV to 1.82? The [documentation](https://doc.rust-lang.org/edition-guide/rust-2024/unsafe-attributes.html?utm_source=chatgpt.com#details) notes that “Rust 1.82 added the ability in all editions to mark certain attributes as unsafe.” 
   This allows us to remove the RustEdition parameter in `optee-utee-build`.
   
   Since this is a breaking change, I’d like to group it with other breaking changes (such as upgrading the `optee-utee-macros` crate to the 2024 edition, which requires developers to wrap macros with `unsafe`, e.g., `#[ta_create]` → `#[unsafe(ta_create)]`).
