SCA Java Travel Sample 1.0 release branch created

I have created a release branch for the travel sample here:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/tuscany/sca-java-1.x/branches/sca-java-travelsample-1.0

I still have a bit of work to do on the README.  Apart from that I think
it's ready to build the first RC.  If anyone else has late-breaking
changes, please be careful :-) and post here to say what you have done.
