New User - AuthenticatedWebApplication issues

All,

I'm playing with the signin example over at wicketstuff, trying to get
familiar with Wicket, and am having a bit of an issue I'm sure is
something very obvious I'm missing.

The problem I am having is that after I authenticate using the
extended SignInPage, it is taking me to:

http://localhost:8080/index.jsp?wicket:bookmarkablePage=%3Acom.tetrago.icommunity.pages.admin.ICommunityAdminPage

And then failing as I don't have an index.jsp, which I didn't think
was required.  Would appreciate some guidance.
