XML-RPC need maintenance

Hi to all,

As many I'm using XML-RPC in production and it's now more and more
difficult to works with non released versions.

Some peoples, including myself, provided patches and enhancement, but
they are no more applied or commented on the list.

I doubt it's the ASF policy so I wonder what to do with that project ?

There is at least one person on the xmlrpc-dev list who propose to act
as maintener and as a longtime tomcat commiter, I would help and be
candidate to go in the XML-RPC maintenance team.

Who should we contact to solve this problem ?

Posted by Jeremias Maerki <de...@greenmail.ch>.
I already told Siegfried Goeschl to contact the Web Services PMC which
is responsible for XML-RPC.
