   Hello, are you still facing this problem?  What version of Superset were you using?  If you have resolved it, did you learn anything that should be fixed in Superset or added to the documentation?  I'm currently able to download .CSVs as the public role in 2.1.0 so wonder if this has been fixed in the meantime.
