[Axis2] Problems with MultiThreadedHttpConnectionManager (AXIS2-2593)

Oleg,

We are having severe troubles with using
MultiThreadedHttpConnectionManager. Michele has added a test case
under the following JIRA:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2-2593
