缩容后，缩容节点上的region副本数据没迁移到新节点，新节点接受的数据是新写入的。

根据这个查询结果，新节点ip4 上root.ip3.g_0.d_38最小时间戳
2018-08-30T02:04:38.200+08:00

root.ip3.g_0.d_38实际最小时间戳是：2018-08-30T00:00:00.200+08:00

通过打印ip5，ip4上对应的tsfile也可以看出来。
