I attached H-1834_reworked.patch which is a combination of H1834.tests.patch and H1834.ClassloaderTest.update.patch.

The patch uncomments some commented tests which now pass. I also enabled some test cases in ClassTestGetResource and ClassTestGetResourceAsStream tests because they did not do their job because of incorrect check for java vendor "Intel DRL".

As for H1834.add.tests.patch and H1834.add.2.tests.patch, they add new kernel tests which are regression tests for HARMONY-1654 and HARMONY-1863. I think they should be ignored in this JIRA and new tests should be added to regression test suite.
