I know that 3.0.0 ripped out all the plugins, and it seems that the
App plugin has been ripped out as well.  The thing is that we need
that plugin to be added to Android so that we can do the following:

* Override the Back Button
* Clear the Cache
* Exit the Application

There is also a lot of cruft in this plugin, but I think that we
hastily threw it away, and I think we should add it back in 3.0.0.
