[Bug 3301] multiple processes - killing parent doesn't kill the children

imho, this is still a bug.

the -r option is now invalid because when i kill the master process the rest
don't die. it makes it impossible to easily restart spamd on OSX.

also, it would be nice if someone would include a rc script for OSX so that
spamd startup can live in /System/Library/StartupItems/Spamd

if you make it so that -r works, i will contribute what i have for startup on OSX.
