   Otherwise if JSSE_OPTS is set with the same value, the quotation will cancel itself in the if condition.
   
   ```
   if not ""-Djdk.tls.ephemeralDHKeySize=2048""
   ```
   
   resulting in the following error
   
   ```
   =2048"" was unexpected at this time.
   ```
