When running test-patch against HADOOP-12651, pylint is throwing an awk error:

                         pylint plugin: postpatch

Running pylint against modified python scripts.
awk: cannot open /testptch/hadoop/patchprocess/patch-pylint-result.txt (No such file or directory)
