Test kit with simple sample

The problem is related to some strange area in content.xml:
"sample_101_ODF12 - Worksfine.ods" has been created by deleting contents 
<table:database-ranges>   ...   </table:database-range> from content.xml in
"sample_101_ODF12 - notworking.ods". After that modification fill handle will
work fine.

I can't tell how that content.xml code came into the documents, affected
documents have a very long history.
