   @szehon-ho Flink doesn't do any abort cleanup that delete data files when commit failed. 
   
   From the stack trace, it seems that the staging/part file was not found in local disk (tmp dir). How could that happen? disk full? but even if disk is full, we also need a bug somewhere that prevents the error from bubbling up.
