[GitHub] incubator-beam pull request: Minor Javadoc fixes

    Minor Javadoc fixes

    - Add package-info.java to two missing classes.
    - Fix a compile error leftover from changing a link to a code block,
      which requires dropping HTML escaping of brackets.
