http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MNG-2127 seems to have started again with 2.0.7.  Regardless of a build passing or failing an %ERRORLVEL%/exit code of 0 is set.  When you change back to 2.0.6 an exir code of 1 is correctly output for a failure.
