Trinidad statemananger needs to store everything on the client, when HTML_Basic is used, in combination with standard client-side state-saving

If there is no Trinidad Render-Kit ID in the apps faces-config, and the web.xml says to use client side state-saving the Trinidad Statemanager (sitting in the classpath)
is no behaving correctly.

It need to indicate to store (in that particular case) everything on the client;  No token approach is allowed
