创建cube时，一个fact表，一个lookup表，有一个dimension是lookup中的层级关系，
在保存cube时，lookup表与fact表的join关系没有保存在cube中，自动消失了

When create cube with one fact and one lookup table, there's one dimension
has hierarchy. The join condition between fact and lookup is missing when
save cube.

This is known issue which already be fixed in latest master branch.
Please download and install new version (v0.7.x) from scratch and re-create
cube there.

Please re-install kylin with latest master branch or binary package.
Then re-create you cube from GUI again.

Hi Luke
i am facing exactly same issue. When i join fact table with a dimension
table using with hierarchial dimension the join is deleted while saving
cube. Unlike this case i have other lookup tables but this still happens.
