Earlier patch inserted incorrect values for net tax 2001.  This patch corrects
this plus enables new ESQL samples for the HSSF Serializer.  (pretty blue ones)
It uses big decimals so it probably depends on 8058 being applied (adds
get-bigdecimal to ESQL).
