Log4Net version 1.2.13 doesn't work in an environment with Microsoft Framework 4.5 (Windows Server 2008 R2).

I know that this version (1.2.13) is using the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0.

Is there any prevision to Log4Net using Framework 4.5? 

Do you have any forecast Log4net API be migrated or upgraded to Framework 4.5 or higher? All systems of Bank (my company) will migrate to Framework 4.5. So I'll need the log4net also have a version of this API in Microsoft Framework 4.5. This will be possible?
