[jira] Created: (TS-232) Startup script should use "lsb" when available

Startup script should use "lsb" when available
----------------------------------------------

                 Key: TS-232
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TS-232
             Project: Traffic Server
          Issue Type: Improvement
            Reporter: Leif Hedstrom
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: 2.1.0

I don't know how much of a change this would be, but I think we should change the startup script so that for all distros that have lsb "support", we should use that for the start/stop/status etc. functionality. This would take precedence over special distros functionality, and could hopefully clean out some code too.

We need to leave the existing pieces where there are distros that do not have "modern" lsb capabilities.
