openmeetings + AD sync data users

Hi, Everybody! Sorry for my English. I have installed openmeeting
(last version) + AD.

This works good, but I have one problem: data users don't update. For
example, when I change in user account (on PDC) e-mail, it don't
change in openmeetings.
How I understand Data sync in first login on Openmeeting... How can I
solve it? How get sync data?
