Website Source code?

Hello,

I was wondering, where is the source code for www.apache.org actually
housed?

This is documented in the canonical "everything useful for development
at the Foundation level" sitemap under /dev:

  http://www.apache.org/dev/#web

You can use the CMS to do all your editing/building/publishing from a
web browser if you like:

  http://www.apache.org/dev/cmsref.html

A number of project websites also use the CMS:

  https://cms.apache.org/
