Request: Attention to three pending release candidate votes

PMC,

We have three pending release candidates that have not received a single vote, some open for a week already. Your attention is requested. Releasing is the most important activity an Apache project can undertake. 

If we need to have a conversation about a ~monthly release cadence being unsustainable, then let's have it after we vote on the current slate

As for me, I've done some basic assessments and plan to vote +1 on all RCs
on Monday, provided test runs in progress don't indicate trouble. So we
shall need only two more votes for each.
