Import Issue

Hello,I'm quite a newbie to Tomcat. I wonder, to
import a self-defined java class in<%@ page
import="ServletUtilities.*"%>,what path information I
need to set, and do I need to edit the web.xml or
servlet.xml,or any property file? I tried serveral
ways,no success. When I put the above line into my
program,I was told 'Attribute no value' by the server.
