[Ignite Web Console|https://console.gridgain.com/] works via REST HTTP. Users have already asked to use this console with NuGet-based clusters. Moving to 2.1.

Required jars are in {{libs\optional\ignite-rest-http}} release package folder, they take around 3MB.
