We are using manual Tomcat 7 installation there - because we have ported the old Tomcat dir which was running under FreeBSD jail, after failing to re-install the oldest Cocoon samples (2.1 and 2.2) from scratch.

So the tomcat7 package is causing conflicts: would it be possible to avoid its installation?
