- move configuration code to separate UserManagerConfig
- rename impl specific public method getGroupMembershipSplitSize to getMemberSplitSize
- add method hasMemberSplitSize and replace usage of getGroupMembershipSplitSize() > 0 (and similar)
- remove old class name from javadoc in NodeCreationTest
