Feedback on moderation helper app

The two links to "Guide for moderators" on the whimsy Mail List Moderation 
Helper page are out of date. They point to a page that says that info on mailing 
list moderation has moved to
  https://infra.apache.org/mailing-list-moderation.html

Not sure I follow.
Why do you consider that link to be out of date?
