Unable to add the host to cloudstack

Hi,

Can you check below things :

1.  Does the host has the primary storage mounted already?
2.  Are you using the same primary storage which was mounted @ the host ?
3.  Is this host is getting added to the cloudstack first time Or does it has any cloudstack agent installation ?
