Pushing 0.5 RC#1

Hi Folks,
I am on digest emails so I have lost the thread in my email, however
looking at the VOTE thread for the 0.5 release it would appear that we are
good to go with the release
http://www.mail-archive.com/dev%40climate.apache.org/msg02480.html
Is there anything which is blocking this (apart from obvious holidays,
peoples private time and private lives, generally being overwhelmed, etc
HAHAHA).
Looking forward to seeing 1.0 in 2015. I spoke to a TON of people (mainly
cryosphere scientists) at AGU about OCW... I sent them info about what the
toolkit is. This resulted in about 40 or so emails which I've just now
replied to. I'm also trying to get people over to our list so that more
scientists can have an input in what they would like OCW to be.
Thanks folks
Lewis

Heya Lewis,

We're missing a +1 on the release still I believe. I think everything got a
bit buried over the holidays :)
