I'd like to create a special named logger 'QueryEngineSQL2DEBUG' just for debugging the SQL2 queries.

The benefits include: not enabled by default even if the class is included in the logs with DEBUG, can reference it from other classes that handle SQL2 queries, so all the debugging info goes into one channel.

This will continue existing work done on JCR-2933 which was getting kinda fat anyway.
