IE 5.2 on MacOsx throws Exception in multipart form data sending

I can confirm this behavior, but the exception is thrown 
byorg.apache.struts.upload.CommonsMultipartRequestHandler so I'm changing the product/
component fields to indicate that this isn't a Struts problem, it's a commons-fileupload problem.

For what it's worth, Mozilla Firebird/0.7 works, as does Safari 1.1.1

My version of MSIE/OS X which manifests the problem is 5.2.3 (5815.1)
