Cannot add/list entries - corrupted record?
Hi all,
we're running Apache DC 1.3 on a Linux machine. So far, everything was
ok. But now we're facing a problem with listing entires using the
Eclipse plugin. When I try to refresh list of users, I'm getting this
error:
------------------------------------------------------------------------
---------------------
#!SEARCH RESULT DONE (218) ERROR
#!CONNECTION ldap://10.9.9.69:10389
#!DATE 2009-04-02T12:20:52.387

# numEntries : 174

I wonder if it could be caused by a corrupted record? It seems that user
'Jia Chi' has been created before but not properly, since it's not
showing in the users list (or indeed a search for her sn returns
nothing), but when we're trying to add her, we're geting this error:

Is there a way of deleting this record somehow or run some kind of
self-healing process on the server?
Best regards,
Petr

Hi Petr,
are you using Apache Directory Server? If yes, could you please tell us
the version you are using and provide the server logs?
Kind Regards,
Stefan
