Hi.

The forthcoming release will have the Implementation-Version set in each of the
application jars.  Would it be useful to have it in all of the library jars
(e.g. batik-awt-util.jar, batik-dom.jar, etc.) too?

Yep, I think that at least some version info should be in every jar that is 
compiled by your group (including utils) and shipped in the distribution... if 
that info turns out to be a common Implementation-Version entry then that'd be 
great and easier for consumers of Batik to track and manage.

This is fixed in SVN now: all JARs have Implementation-{Title,Version,Vendor} set.
