[~shazron], [~stevegill], this is breaking due to environment setup here: https://ci.apache.org/builders/cordova-ios/builds/1861/steps/running-tests/logs/stdio. The manual update workflow is unsustainable. Can we have ios-deploy be a proper dependency of cordova-ios?
