Chinese forum for Tuscany SCA

Hi,

The Chinese forum for Tuscany SCA is growing. We now have around 100 
members. There are some good discussions around features in Tuscany, such as 
SCA/ESB/BPEL integration, implementation.spring, policy and transaction. If 
you speak Chinese, you are welcome to go to link [1]. Otherwise, the 
Google-translation [2] might give some ideas even though the translation is 
not so accurate.
