using encoding="iso_8859-8"

Hi

I build the xalan dll's With ICU

In the SimpleTransform sample
I add to foo.xsl file a line :    <xsl:output method="xml"
encoding="iso_8859-8"/>

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"
version="1.0">
<xsl:output method="xml" encoding="iso_8859-8"/>
  <xsl:template match="doc">
    <out><xsl:value-of select="."/></out>
  </xsl:template>
</xsl:stylesheet>

When Running the sample theProcessor object process the file Correctly
I catch exception because of reset calling .
why ?
