[Announce] Zeppelin 0.9.0 is released (Flink on Zeppelin)

Hi flink folks,

I'd like to tell you that Zeppelin 0.9.0 is officially released, in this
new version we made a big refactoring and improvement on flink support. It
supports 3 major versions of flink (1.10, 1.11, 1.12)

You can download zeppelin 0.9.0 here.
