Word Page Break (Pagination)

Hi,

Is there any way to identify the page break in word 2003 and 2007 for
paginating its content?

I found that <w:lastRenderedPageBreak> tag will help to identify the
pagination of its content for word 2007, but that is also not supported in
all the situations.

Can anybody help me to identify the word content page wise?
If there is no direct way, then will there be any way, where I can
calculate the page size and fit the content in pages based on the word
content (text, table, image etc....) ?.
