The error handling in Camel supports redelivery. Which uses a thread pool for scheduling tasks for future redeliveries etc.
This thread pool is only needed if redelivery is enabled. There can be Camel apps that wont use any kind of redelivery. And for these use-cases we can omit creating the thread pool.
