1) Adding proper null check in the service in RenderSubContentCache.java, to avoid null pointer exceptions.
2) Removed the dataTemplateTypeId attribute from the TEMPLATE_TEXT_ONLY data resource for forum.

The issue has been resolved. Please verify and let me know in case of any concerns.
