[users@httpd] DirectoryIndex & options Multiviews

Hi,

I use Apache 2.0.43 on a Solaris system. I'm encountering a problem using

DirecotryIndex index.html

and the

options Mutliviews

directives. When I store two files in my directory
	index.html.en
	index.html.de
I only get the index listing but not the suitable content of the file.
Multiviews itself work in that direcotry. So if I request
	http://foo/mydir/index.html
I get the suitalbe language content.

The same configuration works fine with Apache 1.3.27.

What might be the problem and what is causing the differnet behaviour
between 2.0.43 and 1.3.27?

Any help is welcome!
