I'm using the Ant API to embed Ant into an application I am writing.  When
setting the core class loader for an ant project which has been set
parentFirst(false), a null pointer exception occurs in DefBase.createLoader.  A
short test case is attached.  The exception stack trace follows.  To run the
test case copy ant.jar, ant-launcher.jar and ant-contrib-1.0b.jar into the
directory and run test.sh.  Note this exception is not unique to the For task;
I've tried a number.
