[CANCEL][VOTE] Release Apache EventMesh (incubating) 1.2.0 rc0

Hi EventMesh Community,

Cancel this vote because there are some issues I will fix:
1.miss bin files in apache svn repository
2.supply checklist for the release vote

I'll fix these issues and restart the vote as soon as possible.
