>From the top level website the Get involved link points to the community page which has current content for Apache and was meant to replace the getinvolved page.  When that change was made  the link from the documentation Get Involved -> How to participate was not updated.

It looks like that doc link now points to the old getinvolved page which was reintroduced.  I think two things should happen.

 1. The doc link should point to the community page
 2. The community page should be updated to have comparable information on filing an ICLA, etc.
