Attaching file that has been tested after commit of ATLAS-511. The patch merged cleanly. 

There is one unrelated change on top of the original patch - in the atlas-application.properties file (under distro and typesystem), I've commented out the ha configs other than the enabled flag. This was following feedback I got from Shwetha to comment them out (indicating they're not needed for the default case).

I've done manual testing of the admin APIs and command line. Things continue to remain fine.

[~suma.shivaprasad], since you have reviewed this patch, can you please take a quick look at the diffs if you want, and commit it if you're satisfied? Thanks!
