[jira] [Created] (YARN-11104) Support application resource limit when scheduling in FairScheduler

Deegue created YARN-11104:
-----------------------------

Summary: Support application resource limit when scheduling in FairScheduler
                 Key: YARN-11104
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YARN-11104
             Project: Hadoop YARN
          Issue Type: Improvement
            Reporter: Deegue

We can control the maximum resources an application can use by adjusting the resource limit threshold of queues.

It resolves the problem applications starve when a single application takes all resources of the queue.

It can be quite effective when all tasks of a queue need to be treated fairly.
