Log:
No Jira - remove build_aae and build_cm - two ant script drivers
that were building just one chapter each.  These were used
during the initial docbook
development.  However, these didn't do the "olink" properly, 
and are
not used anymore.  They are getting into the src distribution,
where they may confuse people who try and use them.

Removed:
    incubator/uima/uimaj/trunk/uima-docbooks/build_aae.xml
    incubator/uima/uimaj/trunk/uima-docbooks/build_cm.xml
